Dan Mulvey, Supported by Inspiration Care

Dan has made a remarkable recovery since his accident where unfortunately he acquired a brain injury.

Dan has progressed on from full time rehabilitation to living supported in his own bungalow.

Dan has tried many different activities whilst being supported by Inspiration Care amongst these are working at the Houghton Project where he has gained skills in woodwork, worked in a kitchen at the Fold Cafe, he proudly owns his own set of Chef’s knives and more recently has been a valued member of the maintenance team at the company’s other ABI service and Autism home.

Dan has recently helped install external fire route paths and is pictured here with Alan Duncalfe, Inspiration Care’s head of maintenance. Alan is also part of the support development  team and helps support and encourage vulnerable adults to develop new skills and be involved in worthwhile meaningful activities.

Dan has made a positive contribution since being supported by Alan and is looking forward to the summer where he is hoping to have the opportunity to use the sit on mower for the acre of lawn at Buckfield House.
